01 General Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using the Aces Bet platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Aces Bet and its members.

Aces Bet is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. By using this platform, you confirm that:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Online betting is legal in your area, and you are certain of this yourself.
• You are betting in your own name and with your own funds — not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been banned from Aces Bet.

02 Account Registration

Providing accurate and complete information when registering with Aces Bet is mandatory. Aces Bet reserves the right to close any account found to have been opened using false or misleading details.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and contact details provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• A government-issued ID, passport, or birth registration certificate may be required for account verification.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. The KYC process typically requires the following documents:

• Scanned copy of your national ID or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement, dated within the last 3 months).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Aces Bet are processed with the highest level of security. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, starting from as low as ৳200.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal starts from ৳500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Once KYC verification is complete, processing typically takes 24–72 hours.
• Bonus funds must meet the designated wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended in the event of suspicious activity.

04 Betting Rules

Certain rules apply to all bets placed on Aces Bet. These rules apply equally to every member.

Bet Acceptance

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — unless Aces Bet initiates the cancellation.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Aces Bet reserves the right to void that bet.
• Pre-match bets must be confirmed before the match begins. Bets confirmed after kick-off may be voided.

In the event of a match cancellation or postponement

• If a match is cancelled, all bets placed on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is suspended and does not resume within the scheduled timeframe, the bet will be void.
• In Live Betting, settlements may be based on partial match results.

Prohibited Activities

• Betting using match-fixing or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Arbitrage betting or exploiting platform vulnerabilities for unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software is strictly prohibited.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Aces Bet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the respective offer page.

Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit.
• To withdraw bonus funds, a minimum turnover of 10x the bonus amount is required.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• A member may not use the same promotion more than once.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Winnings from free bets can be withdrawn, but the free bet stake itself cannot.
• Aces Bet reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

06 Responsible Gaming

Aces Bet is fully committed to responsible gaming. We want every member to enjoy betting in a healthy, controlled way.

• Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account.
• You may request a temporary break (cooling-off period) or a permanent self-exclusion at any time.
• Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, Aces Bet is obligated to enforce it, and opening a new account during that period is prohibited.
• If signs of problem gambling are detected, Aces Bet may reach out to the member directly.

07 Account Closure & Restrictions

Aces Bet reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of terms or fraudulent activity.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• If the account holder is identified as a minor.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.

If an account is closed, any available balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member's registered payment method — unless there is a legal reason to withhold it.

08 Privacy & Data Protection

09 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact the Aces Bet customer support team in the first instance. We aim to respond within 48 hours.

• When submitting a complaint, please include your account number, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
• If you disagree with a decision made by Aces Bet, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority.
• In the event of a dispute regarding betting results, Aces Bet's decision shall be considered final.

10 Limitation of Liability

Aces Bet accepts no liability for the following:

• Any losses resulting from internet connection disruptions.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss resulting from sharing account credentials with others.
• Bets cancelled due to unforeseen technical errors.
